Tick Business provides trusted, professional business support services for small businesses and is currently looking to fill a part-time (16 hrs / week) Business Assistant role. This is a varied role which will suit someone with ability and a great attitude.

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented applicants who have well developed skills in MS Office suite and are capable of navigating within various Social Media applications.


You can work to agreed outcomes without supervision sometimes to demanding deadlines. Equally, you enjoy working within a small, friendly, committed and passionate team. This position is suitable for someone who has previous experience working as a Personal Assistant / Administrator / Marketing Assistant or a similar role.


You will have a pro-active and positive nature combined with excellent communication skills. You are time focused and have thoroughness in accomplishing a task. You demonstrate the ability to clearly express ideas, thoughts, and concepts in writing, using correct and appropriate grammar, organisation and structure. You are a natural forward planner who is flexible and constantly striving to implement improvements.


Hours can be worked flexibly, it is more important that you are focussed to deliver tasks set in a structured and timely manner.
